Charles Woodworth is founder and President of Intellys Corporation. Woodworth launched Intellys after a rewarding 16 year career working for key strategic 50-100+M marketing, service and integration businesses. He held the positions of Director of Strategic Alliances, VP of Sales and Service Marketing, and Regional VP of Business Development.
Woodworths steadfast and tireless commitment to building a global market leading infrastructure solutions company is second to none. Lydia Wong
Vice President of Finance, Controller
Lydia H. Wong, CPA, is Vice President of Finance of Intellys Corporation. Lydia is responsible for directing all company financial objectives and obligations including financial reporting, capital procurement, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, accounting policies and procedures, taxation, treasury, investment and strategic planning. She also promotes the efficient use of company resources and ensures business operations are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Lydia has extensive management experience overseeing business performance and strategic growth initiatives in various industries such as healthcare, real estate and public accounting firms. Prior to joining Intellys, Lydia served as a Controller of ARGYLE Solutions, Inc., a technology-driven healthcare revenue cycle Management Company and Highgate Holdings, Inc, a hotel management and Security Title Company in Hawaii, where she severed as the head of finance department.
Lydia received a B.A. from University of Hawaii at Manoa and a M.B.A., with concentration in corporation finance, from University of Dallas and graduated with honors. She is certified in California as a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

Bob Schneider
Vice President of Business Development
Bob Schneider is the Vice President of Business Development at Intellys Corporation. In his role, Bob is responsible for developing and leading the technology practice areas designed to enhance the overall service portfolio offered by Intellys Corporation. These practice areas within Advanced Services enable customers to leverage Intellys Corporation’s deep understanding of implementation and maintenance services, in conjunction with its consultative, solutions based technology services approach. In addition to his Advanced Service practice area development, Bob is responsible for leading all technology manufacturer partnership development. In this role, Bob ensures that Intellys is equipped with the technical acumen and business support programs required to meet the level of expert consulting and maintenance support required for each manufacturer’s unique product portfolio.
Bob comes to Intellys Corporation with over 22 years of experience within the government and commercial high tech sectors. Previous to Intellys, Bob was the Director of Global Advanced Services at Aruba Networks, responsible for developing a worldwide advanced services infrastructure in support of consulting, design, and installation services through various delivery methodologies. Prior to Aruba Networks, Bob held the position of Sr. Manager, Professional Services Consulting practice leader at Juniper Networks for the Americas Theatre. In this role, Bob directed and developed domestic and international teams responsible for providing senior level architecture, design, and implementation services to all Juniper Networks customers and partners, across all product areas within Juniper’s Enterprise, Service Provider, and Federal markets. Additionally, Bob held various management positions within Cisco Systems Customer Advocacy organization
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Baker University, and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. |
